This is an excellent product, and the combination makes baking cheesecake so much simpler and cleaner. No leaks of butter when baking your crust, and no water from the water bath getting in. The nonstick silicone mat is a great addition as it allows for easy transfer of the cake without disturbing the crust. Everything is made of sturdy materials. If you like making cheesecake, this product is the way to go!

I have used this for cakes. It works very well with no leakage. Easy to remove the cake and to clean. The silicon mat helps slide the cake onto a cooling rack. I’m very pleased with the product.

Very well built. The latch was firm and adding the bottom plate with parchment paper was a breeze. Interesting to see the dimpled pattern on the bottom, but you'll be using paper so it works well.I probably cooked it a few minutes too many but it tastes perfect. No leaks. I used the silicon sleeve, worked fine too.No stick to the bottom or side - the parchment paper separated cleanly and the side was just as clean.Cleanup was a breeze, warm water with dish soap and air dry. Great product and great price.

Works as it should and the silicone linner fits nicely. Now that we know that having Teflon coated cookware means that we eat some of it and it never goes away, I'm glad to be able to have a stainless steel version of the springform pan.

Jan. 9, 2025: UPDATED Review - Upon writing my initial review, a customer service rep reached out to me and offered a refund and a replacement for the 9" pan (the set had size 4", 7", 9" and 11" sizes) with a new stainless steel 9" pan with a bonus silicon mat. The CS experience was great and the rep was very responsive. The new SS pan came perfectly intact with sufficient packaging to protect it during shipping. If I were to order this set again, I'd probably opt to purchase the stainless steel pans vs. this set which is coated with a nonstick surface. Really impressed with their service. Their customer service is fantastic.]Dec. 18, 2024 INITIAL Review: The first set I ordered was badly bent and not usable so, I sent them back and reordered the same set thinking that it was due to bad handling during delivery.The replacement set I received is usable but if I had to order again, I'd opt for another company. As you can see in the photos, the seams are uneven and have sharp edges. The largest pan (9") is slightly bent but still usable. Also, I washed them as soon as they arrived and I let them air dry but they are already showing signs of rust - not something I want in my food.The packaging was terrible - no padding to keep them from getting bent and beat up during shipping, and the rusting is an issue. I will keep them for now and just wipe them dry immediately after I use them as that's the only way to prevent rusting. And I will be extra carefully handling them around the seam so I don't get cut. If you do not want to go through all this hassle, I'd suggest buying a different set of cake pans. The quality is pretty poor, IMHO. If you're an experienced baker (not me!), I would be greatly disappointed in these pans.

This is a functional well priced non stick springform pan. It baked a great cheesecake that was easy to release. There was no leakage although I didn’t use the silicone pan guard.

Perfect set of sizes we didn't have before, the 4" is too cute for words. We now have all the necessary sizes for our dessert projects. Our Sicilian cheese came came out beautifully and the pan exceeded or expectations. Clean and easy separation and washed up like a breeze.

Exactly as advertised. Better than most pans of this type. Deep rubber water bath for it to sit in when baking cheesecake. I wrap pan in foil so I don’t know if it prevents leakage but I saw no evidence in my trial use.
