Echelon Treadmill Stride 50-RCX-22

I’ve had my treadmill for two weeks. I have reached out to echelon six times both email voicemail and no one has gotten back with me. It won’t do an update and without the update it won’t run very disappointed. Echelon was supposed to be one of the top-of-the-line machines and they’re not supporting their customers. No one answers the phone says you’re on hold. Will be six minutes and at 16 minutes they tell you no one’s available and they hang up very disappointed.

This treadmill is worth the investment. It was an easy assembly considering the belt and wires come attached. You will only have to attach the bar and screen. It is extremely heavy duty. EXTREMELY!!! One of my led lights does not work. I will macular check it out in the app before I call customer service. I’m still working my 30days. The only downfall I can see this far is the right capacity. The dimensions said it is 350lbs weight capacity but in reality it’s only 285lb weight capacity not to exceed 300lbs. Update: I just learned that the wires don’t not come attached.

Doesn’t come with instructions. It was easier to assemble but a struggle to get working. It needs a software update and it’s unclear how to do it. I revive many error messages and have an all around poor experience. Your require to pay $40/monthly to use it or use the apps to steam entertainment. Not really worth the investment.
