The download is a little difficult and complex. First one has to download onto a laptop with windows 7 or above per Amazon. Which is sad. I have a laptop and have not used it for years. Had to find it and prayed it had windows 7 or above. Second the instructions or lack thereof direction to install and work is dubious to say the very least. Quick phone chat with beachbody and help from thier reps explaining I did not have to download to laptop is great. With detailed instructions from rep we have success to download on ipads, apple tv, iphone and whatever other device. Note. Apple tv will not provide workout program schedule but ipad will. Note 2. Create an account with beachbody first before you download this BOD from amazon. This will help extensively in linking license. Will be streaming a workout tomm and update.June 4, 2018, update: I have several dvd collections from beachbody and in my humble opinoin streaming is excellent and less complicated then dvds. Furthermore, multiple choice of workouts and trainers at your fingertips. Excellent, Fantastic. Have streamed multiple workouts. Streaming beachbody workout is definitely my method of choice. Good luck with installing.

Granted, this is a holiday weekend, and Beachbody is probably swamped with orders, but the setup process was very difficult. Purchase was a breeze, then it sat as pending for hours, now I keep getting upgrade messages that prevent me from entering beachbody through Roku. No help. Maybe once I am through the setup process I'll have better reviews to write.... turns out the account needs to be both created and activated/linked... more information would have made this easier.

Have been using the service for 2 months. Large assortment of workout programs and can download all the associated material (workout tracker, meals, etc.), Cannot attest to total service uptime, but there has only been one time that attempted to workout and service was completely down (~30 mins). If you like Shaun T, Tony, Autumn, and the others then this is a good way to access their workouts. Cannot download workouts to play on the go.

I am a former non-exerciser, but I have used this countless times in the past few months. It is great because the barrier to starting active exercise is absent - no time driving to a gym, no crazy outdoor temps, no worrying about my questionable workout outfit, no issues with planning workout routine -- I just click it on, pick the workout level I can do (and have time for) and GO! All the best trainers in one place.

my recommendation is to just buy this streaming product directly through beachbody. I cannot get this to link correctly and have been trying for multiple hours ---- yes hours. I have talked to the amazon customer service, they said they fixed things, they didn't. This is beyond frustrating.

I love these workouts from my old DVDs but I was under the impression I could stream through prime TV on my Android smartTV. That is not the case. I do not see the point of this product unless it is available on all smart TVs. My Sony is far superior to a Ruko TV and I would have to downgrade my experience to enjoy this program with ease. Really hard to understand the downloading instructions and I would have to bust out my old Chrome device to stream anyway. If I wanted to do this on my laptop I would have used my DVDs from Beachbody. This product is a TOTAL waste and I want my dang money back! Read the fine print peeps!

The videos were fine, and there are lots of workouts, however in many cases it requires additional equipment to do the workout. They KEY is you will be enrolled in automatic renewal and they make it very difficult to cancel membership. After 45 minutes of research I found out I had to go to amazon subscriptions and cancel the renewal through Amazon.

So far so good, couldn't get it to load when traveling to Germany, but at home all works well. Good selection of exercises, can't get bored.
