Q: Between this and cambridge axr100 ?

I’ve found personally that Cambridge Audio products are quite unreliable. The NAD is a winner.

Q: Will this amps headphone amp be powerful enough for my senn hd600 headphones, or would i need a separate headphone amp?

The internal amp seems to power my vintage Sennheiser 424s (used mainly for comfort on long-session TV streaming, via HRT Music Streamer) and Fischer FA-003s without any issues; not familiar with Sennheiser HD600s. I use outboard headphone amp with DAC for listening from my computers using those same headphones as well as Grados, but haven't felt the need with the NAD. Don't know if this will help to answer.

Q: How can i hook up a dac to this amp?

This amp has nothing different from every other amp in the world (RCA type stereo inputs), so you'd connect a DAC to it the same as any other. Even better than a DAC, you can buy a small Bluetooth adapter and use it to pair your phone or tablet or computer to this amp, enabling you to stream music from your phone to the NAD.

Q: Is this simalar in power to NAD 304 integrated amp?

Don't know off the top of my head. The rating is 45 watts rms with peak handling of 100 watts.
