This duck fat made in china ?

Our Ducks come from a farm in the midwest where they most certainly, get to be ducks. They have access to water and are cared for by loving hands. The duck fat is proudly made in the USA.

Hormone/antibiotic free? Also cage free is a limited term, were they always outside like "pasture raised" means? What did their diet consist of?

This is what Epic has to say about their Ducks: The EPIC duck is cage free, living in open spacious barns. The ducks are free from antibiotics and hormones. They consume a diet of corn and soy, not currently non-gmo verified. EPIC is currently working with the supplier to improve animal welfare conditions and transition feed to non-gmo verified grains. ALL DUCK IS SOURCED FROM THE UNITED STATES

I purchased 2 jars of duck fat and one of them has some spots of brown- is it supposed to look like this?

Yes. That is called 'fond'. It's the brown bits in the bottom of a pan after roasting or searing. A lot of flavor comes from those. So don't worry and enjoy!

Does this spoil when not refigerated?

No, it doesn't spoil, in fact I think it keeps it longer. But, I don't put the lid on it in the refrigerator because a little mold will form on the inside of the lid and a little on the top of the duck fat. If you ever refrigerated bacon fat, duck fat refrigerates the same way.
