This bag was exactly as described - which I’m always not sure I will get when you order designer online - but I was hoping for more of a crossbody and I need a couple of inches more so it sits comfortably. It's just a wee bit short. This one can be converted to a regular over the shoulder bag with a double strap which is also nice. Strap is the perfect length as this.Bag came complete with all packaging, Kate Spade label and storage bag.
