Geek Wold GK3 3DD Triple Dynamic Driver in-Ear Earbuds Headphones OFC Cable for Cellphone, Without Mic

Coming from the KZ series of IEM, I was hoping these would sound similar, however, it's sounded very muffle and very closed sound stage, not sure if I'm describing it right, but it's like listening through cupped hands. Returned it after a few days.I did like the material and packaging, though, the twisted wires was very unique. Stick to other IEM if you're looking to get these, I'm going back to my KZs in the mean time.

When I first received these I was expecting good things, only 2- 5star reviews here but 5 star reviews on other sites as well gave me high hopes for a quality in ear I can bring to work and not worry about destroying.I received them, plugged them into my V40 (they will likely get very little use anywhere else but work so why even bother even trying them on my desk top setup) and was 100% disappointed. They sounded exactly like you'd expect 14$ headphones to sound. Thin, tinny, sloppy out of control bass.... I chalked it up as a loss and went back to my cheap monoprices....Then I said, they are Chinese made triple driver headphones for 13.99 maybe they are just broken, I'll try another pair. Amazon's hassle free exchange process made it simple and my new ones arrived yesterday.I have about 6 hours of dedicated listening now and can honestly say you'd be hard pressed to spend a better $20. They will not change your life, but they do reproduce music in a fun lively way. Overall I enjoyed the experience, they don't cast a huge soundstage, they don't exactly do a great job at separation either but they are a fun comfortable lightweight and cheap throw in your bag set that is great for walk around use. I have only had them 12 hours now so I cannot attest to their durability but for $14 I'll be willing to bet they won't last a lifetime.

Great entry level IEM for those who are looking for clear and clean sound without breaking the bank.
