These are the worst screen protectors I've ever purchased. I remember purchasing these the first time I bought a protector for my Note 10 plus. That was years ago so I didn't recognize the box when I purchased these for my s23 ultra. I gave them a shot again. I've never had an issue with glass screen protectors but these are junk. It did not stick to my screen and fell off while in my purse. I went to go use the second one in the package and it's busted. Had to process a return. Every other brand of screen protector I've bought comes with a plastic guide tray to set your phone in while you install the protector. This did not and makes installation guess work. I don't recommend these at all. Get the 4 letter brand that comes in the white box! They're the best.

First set arrived with one already cracked. Fine, requested an exchange for the exact same item and returned the damaged one. My husband installed the protector on my phone, and everything seemed great. Then the camera protector fell off (I noticed the adhesive was very weak) so I added a little sticky tack to make it stay in place. So far that has held up great! The screen protector, however, is a whole different story. Right away I noticed that I had to hit the screen way harder when I typed (which was incredibly annoying). Then a couple days in, I noticed it started coming up a little bit. I smoothed it back out and it seemed fine. Yesterday, my phone fell out of my bag and onto a wood floor. I picked it up and thought "well that's a bummer, my screen protector is cracked", until I realized my screen "protector" was M.I.A and my actual screen is now cracked 🙃. I will not buy this brand again

First of all, there were ni instructions of any kind in the package. The tiny cleaning/dust packets were there, but that's it. No installation tray either. I did notice a small circle about 3/4 of the way down and wondered what that was all about. I read a few reviews and people said it was supposed to help with placement for the phones fingerprint scanner. But they were really annoyed because you can still see that circle. I decided not to bother even trying to put it on my Galaxy S23 Ultra. My husband passed away several weeks ago and the return window passed within a day of that. Soon, I can't return it, but will look for another screen protector that will have a better way of installing it on my phone. This is simply very poor service and a total waste of my money.

Horrible, I can't believe it! I bought the screen protector 1 year ago and it was perfect. Put it on and it stayed on and protected my phone. But they changed it, now its crap! If you read the old reiews before 2025 they're great, but the new 2025 reviews are not so geat! There are a few good ones but keep reading!! I put the cover on my phone two days ago. Today I dropped my phone on the floor and the whole cover popped right off. Thank God I was home and it fell on carpet, what if I had been outside! This is totally unacceptable. I am returning. They're not going to take my money and send me crap!!! Don't buy it! They shouldn't have change it. If it ain't broke don't fix it!!!!

I simply do not believe all these reviews for this product. They may have changed the product since. I am not new to glass protectors, and have experience with various brands, having rolled out 1000's of phones, tablets and PDA's to a sales team over the years. This would have been fine, except that they added some adhesive to the underside in a circular spot approximately where the S23U's fingerprint reader would be. I assume it was "a design improvement" to assist with poor fingerprint recognition... however, the unintended consequences is that that 3/4" adhesive circle mid screen is now a different clarity than the rest of the glass, having adhesive added, and with the backlighting of the phone, that circle is a permanent brighter area right in the middle of your display! Not a good look. There are much better glass protectors out there, and yes they do cost a bit more. If you don't care about what your display looks like, this would be adequate. But if you do, skip it. I donated mine to the garbage.

This review is one I was hoping I didn't have to write but here goes..The product came with two screen protectors, two camera lens protectors, two wet cleaning wipes, two dry wipes, two sticker sheets with a dust cleaner sticker and two frame guide stickers. The wet wipes were 100% dry. There were no instructions on the inside of the box nor was there a frame guide to help with installation of the screen protector. The fingerprint part does not work at all and I can see a yellowish film covering the fingerprint area inside the circle under the protector. I am including a photo of the yellowish area in the fingerprint scanner. VERY DISAPOINTED in this product. No, I will not buy again nor do I recommend. Don't waste your money.

I bought this screen protector because it had two protectors and claimed to be good for drops. The first one lasted less than a week. It never really sat all the way on the phone snug and the corner kept popping off. I was glad there was a second one and it seemed to fit more snug. After applying the it, I noticed that the sensitivity was not good. I had to push much harder to get the phone to respond. The second one lasted about two weeks before it shattered. I am very thankful that it did protect my screen, but I was hoping to get more than a few weeks out of two protectors.

Install is fairly easy, but I'm unable to use the fingerprint reader on the screen due to the screen protector.Edit: The work around was to rescan the fingerprints with the new screen protector on the phone. This resolved the issue.
