FX has been around a long time and is excellent for cleaning older central heating systems with cast iron heat exchanger boilers.Can't be used to clean boilers with aluminium heat exchangers and don't use it if you are preparing for fitting a new boiler with an alloy heat exchanger - your warranty will be invalid as FX2 can leave residues which will eat alloy.It's also great for clearing blocked drains when used by experts.Always use PPE, don't even think of using FX2 without googles and thick protective gloves as it will eat your skin (and any other organic material).

Didnt really clean my system very well during a powerflush, had to use an alternative brand to complete the job.
