Q: Does this disinfect the carpet or sanitize ?

All I know is that it does a really good job at attacking stains and getting them up (as long as they’re not too old)

Q: I have the brush and would only like to buy the replacement foam cleaner which one would I buy?

The only experience we have is with the foam that came in the kit. I think you can buy it on its own. You can check. It worked very well but the leftover odor is annoying.
