Q: Does this sting your eyes when temperatures get really hot? The 70 was wonderful as it did not but impossible to find now. Has 70 been discontinued

Yeh, if you use it on your face and get sweaty it will be kinda stingy if it gets in your eyes. I try to keep it a little away from eye area and rub it in real good Wear it every day cuz I'm prone to melanomas

I’m assuming you mean “without a mess.” If so, probably yes. Though I don’t wear makeup so I don’t know for sure.

Yes, just blend into your skin well before applying makeup. I use it daily.

Q: does this come out white or clear?

Clear but it goes on even more easily over moisturizer.
