First of all I'm really confused by negative comments left here by some people. One claims that the wheel made of hard plastic and leaves scratches all over the floor.... What? The part of that ab roller which actually touches floor is made of rubber, not plastic! Another one gives only three stars because he feels too old for it..... seriously?This is my first ab roller and I've got nothing to compare it to. So I was looking for sturdy, non-scratchy-my-floor, wide (for better balance) ab roller. This one ticks all the boxes. Glad I bought this none.

As a retired PT i was getting a bit out of shape, started using this exercise and can feel the difference very quickly, easy to put together and have used it a fair bit and is strong and stable, as a 61 year old it is useful for all ages.

Bought it thinking I'll chance it. Looked well built. Wanted something for my Abs.Have to say ... Wasn't disappointed. Really liked using this product... Have added it into my gym routine and I have started see the effects after using it for the last 5 weeks.The delivery was quick too.

It's ok but not for me if younger it would be fine

The jump rope is so cheap, thin and light that it is difficult to use, the roller seemed decent quality for the first few days of use then it became damaged on one side (unsure how) and makes a loud pop and grinding noise when rolled with any amount of weight applied.

Comfortable handle grips and the wheel is very sturdy and rolls easily on carpet and wooden floors.
