Well built machine
Smooth strong arc, rugged components. I build metal sculptures and need to make precision welds. This machine does that very well. I think this machine rivals the big name machines.

Has some nice features but lacks some presets
The welder has some nice features but has NO presets for MIG C25 and flux core 5/16 steel! There is most definitely a problem getting some repair parts. Harbor Freight seems to ignor this very serious problem.

I'm a welder of over 20yrs and this welding is pretty good . I have started my own mobile welding business and learned the hard way as I bought a predator 9,000 30amp generator and it would rund good at low to mid amps but higher volts would trip the breaker every time so if your mobile you will need 50amp 12,000 or higher . Would be nice if it can run .045 wire instead of the .035

Great little welder for hobby/shop welder! Not for manufacturing or school purposes lol
The machine has a lot of settings if you read the manual it tells u how to operate it and it has done everything I could throw at it. That being said it’s not made for manufacturing settings or for continuous use day in day out. It does have a better duty cycle than my Lincoln and my miller small shop welder too which is nice! It tig welds on dc amazing and runs 220 1/8 7018 rods like a champ.

Great Welder
This welder is as good as or better than the Miller or Lincoln.

Not a good welder at all
My welding school has 20 of these machine and they’re selling all of them cause all of the problems they have .....Do not buy this piece of chip it ain’t worth the money never again

Great Shop machine
Great little machine very versatile and power a lot of features and control on your arc ice been I prefer over the Miller magic have at the shop If you’re wondering about their Durability I have been beating this machine up for two years straight welding Sometimes for five hours straight 4 to 5 times a week With not one issue Love this machine or sheet metal work it was a nice buttery smooth tach And is great for Metal fabrication up to 3/8 I strongly recommend this machine for beginners and experience fabricators the guys at the shop we’re making fun of me for having a harbor freight welder I got it for free From one of my jobs and I ended up loving the machine It It welds nicer than my miller the display is great Allows you to fine-tune I don’t recommend this machine for tig
