Breaks my pills more than cuts them
TL:DR Cute, perfect for travel, can't recommend because it breaks pills instead of cuts them.I had one of those cheap, generic clear pill cutters for years, but since the blade was wearing out and starting to break my pills instead of cutting, I decided to get a new one. This is so cute I decided to try it.Well, this one is breaking my pills more than cutting them straight out of the box. I'm not sure if it's because of the angle it comes down on the pills, how hard you have to push down to cut them or if the blade is dull, but there's always chunks that break off instead of a clean cut.The idea behind it is great and it really is cute. It's perfect for travel and I like how you can remove the silicone to clean it. It's why I gave it three stars instead of two or one. However, it doesn't work well for it's main purpose, so I honestly can't recommend it. Medications are too expensive and we need precision when cutting pills. I'll be buying that cheap ole clear generic pill cutter to replace this one.

Easy and compact.
We purchased this to break in half the tiny water pills that our dog has to take. When I say tiny they are TINY! It’s been perfect. Doesn’t crush the pill to dust.

Nice box
Even a little satiny bag to keep it in. Unfortunately, I didn't buy it to make all the other kids at the fruit salad party jealous. I lined my little pill's center line up with the handy dandy line on the cutting board, dropped the blade, and got one big piece and one little piece, with little chunks and dust left over. At least, I doubt if the blade is dangerous. A waste of money. I cut two pills, carefully, before I wrote this. Second one was no better than the first
