Love this show. All of this discs came in good condition

We used to watch and tape the Drew Carey Show when it was broadcast on TV. We weren’t able to watch episodes from the final season because it kept getting moved around to different days and time slots. For the longest time this show was not available on DVD. I ended up getting low-res bootleg copies that someone taped from TV. We saw this complete set on Prime Day and grabbed it. It is fun to watch the show again—the picture quality is so much nicer with higher resolution and color. It’s a hilarious sit-com, and the interactions between Drew and Mimi are priceless. One hysterical episode is when Drew cybered online with a woman who turned out to be Mimi. We were sorry when the show went off the air, but apparently Drew wanted to do other projects. Other reviewers state that some of the music used in the original broadcast aren’t available in this set, but that’s a minor issue. We’re pleased that the entire series is now available on DVD and have already binged watched almost all of the seasons.

As other posters have stated this complete set is missing a few episodes. Also, some of the original music has been replaced. All of this is due to licensing issues and Hollywood greed. This is as complete of a set of a funny show from the 90's we will ever get. My biggest complaint is that these complete sets have difficult to work with clamshells. You have to stack the discs and they are difficult to pull back off the holders. It is easy to damage discs making some careful care more important.

I never write reviews but I have to support the release of the Drew Carey Show DVD set. I wish it was Blu-ray but this is the best we are going to get. This was a funny groundbreaking show and I hope Netflix Brothers release on Blu-ray.

This was one of the absolute funniest sitcoms ever--silly and stupid, but also genuinely clever, inventive, and downright surreal at times. There isn't a single episode without at least half-a-dozen genuine belly laughs. Docked a star for the four missing episodes that were largely musical, as well as the lack of airdates or any other extras. What is truly irritating, however, are the episodes compiled out of order toward the end of the final season. But don't let that keep you from experiencing a true television comedy classic!

I loved this show when it was on. For a long time it was really expensive & i kept checking from time to time. I was so happy when I received an email from Amazon with a special price. To make it more perfect I had rewards to use & that made it an exceptional buy. I ordered it immediately & received it promptly. Totally thrilled with my purchase!

Great set of a great show. Finally all in one spot. Highly recommend.

Discs are hard to get out of the holders. In season 9 the episodes are scrambled on the discs. They are not in proper order. Confusing and a lot of disc swapping is necessary to watch episodes in seasons 9 in order. I understand that they are placed on the discs just as they were originally aired but that could have been fixed on the dvd set. Best tv show in my books so 5 stars anyways!
