Top Tip well worth the money.
Love this clock it came well packaged and delivery was only a few days 4?. It is well made and is very pleasant to the eye animation is lovely too. This one is defiantly a five star review it ticks all the boxes.

This clock is absolutely beautiful. It's exactly what we dreamed of - great quality. It was easy to set up and works perfectly. There is a different tune each hour which was a lovely surprise. It senses when it is dark and does not cuckoo, but starts again in the morning. You can also turn the cuckoo and music of, or just the music. The clock came well packaged and in excellent condition. We did have to pay an unexpected customs charge, but it was still cheaper than the ones we saw in Germany. It takes 3 large C cell batteries.

Cuckoo clock brilliant
What a lovely clock Sound s great , looks great . Grandkids love it and so do I . Shame had to pay another £56 in tip of the price for customs .

Arrived 1 day early 😁
Craftsmanship is A1, beautiful cuckoo sound and realistic echo, dancers and train exquisite. Batteries are NOT included (see image) they cost me £8 from Morrisons. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and highly recommend you get one as you will not be disappointed. It arrived well packed and is everything as described 👍😁

Absolutely wonderful
I have bought this as a Christmas present for parents to replace a cuckoo clock that they bought nearly 40years ago that stopped working a few years ago. I took it out of box to make sure it all worked as it should do and make sure it wasn't damaged in transit. It is all good and is absolutely wonderful (we want one now). It is enchanting - wonderful figurines, and the train is so sweet, and my other half absolutely loved the echoing cuckoo. All in all absolutely fantastic well worth the money. Thank you Erzgebirge Palace think this will give immense pleasure every hour!

Outstanding quality
Absolutely blown away but the craftsmanship of this cuckoo clock. The sound the cuckoo makes every hour is soo realistic, it also plays different tunes each hour.

An exquisite piece of art
This is made to perfection, each piece is a marvel to admire. Cuckoo sound with the echo makes it sound so authentic. Everybody in the family just loves it. The seller could have upfront mentioned about the duty to be paid else the experience was excellent
