This is awesome. Initially I felt a little awkward but that feeling disappears soon after I have kept wearing it. It is fit to my foot and the material is soft and now, it makes me comfortable in my heels when I am walking. Especially I become a bit confident since I am taller by ~1 inch ^^. Simply good choice for me.

They slide all over, and not the snug fit you need to really pull the height demonstration off. The product is misleading and could use some work. It's not what it claims to be or perform at all.

I like this better than the heel lift from my local shoe store, but the top of one ripped in half on the third day of wear so it does not stay secure around my foot. I only wear one (my left leg is an inch shorter than my right) so I just switched to the other lift, but Duct tape would not stick to the silicone so I am trying to come up with an alternative method to secure it back together in case the other breaks as well. I

WHat I dislike the most is how these things will get dirty just by coming in contact with anything.Haven't really had a chance to use them because of issues with putting socks over them andthe 100% chance they will become dirty.

You know, l usually write reviews at the reminding and request of sellers; and that's fine. This one, though is because I truly believe this product is excellent. One of my feet is shorter due to injuries and surgery to my back. My chiropractor recommended the heel lift because adjustments he makes are useless if my whole body is off center. I'm still getting used to this insert, but I appreciate that it's snug, it fits my food so comfortably AND it can be worn with open shoes and sandals. I highly recommend this heel insert.

Sleeve is too loose around the heel of my size 9 woman foot. There is absolutely no way to walk around with this on your foot. Besides not being tight, the bottom is uneven making your foot unstable and wobbly. Very dangerous if you misstep. My ankle sock won’t fit over it. Also, the lift is only under the heel, forcing your arch up at an unusual height with no support underneath. I hoped these would work for my leg length discrepancy but no dice. Good idea, terrible execution. Also didn’t realize these were not refundable.

A car wreck left one leg shorter than the other. This is the best lift I have found. With thisodt I can wear flip flops again and even go barefoot on the house.

They wear out very easily, I’ve only had them for about a month and I have worn through the silicone on both of them. They are not easy to get on under socks as it shows and they’re not easy to put on sneakers or tennis shoes with. Is it 1 inch? Yes, but it definitely is not as user friendly as advertised. Also the silicone can cause your skin to start to get chafed if you need to wear it for long periods of time like I do
