Totally third class quality and also return/exchange policy is worst after a week till not given date of return/exchange product date.

Books are sent in good condition. There was a confusion with the publishing date printed on the books. Later when I compared ISBN on the books with those available on NCERT WEBSITE,they are matching. Thank you
