They work well as long as you follow the directions for use correctly. Using too frequently can cause some irritation.

I have been using the film for awhile and these are way easier to use correctly. I also love how these can be used spontaneously. With the film you need to wait a bit for it to dissolve. This can be used immediately. And you cannot feel it at all! It's literally like putting in a tampon.

I saw the great reviews and bought two boxes thinking to myself "yeah we'll go through this fast ;)". The first use was fine, no discomfort or pain. The second use, lemme tell you I have done my own piercings, I have tattoos, I have a high pain tolerance. I was tearing up using the bathroom after the second time we used it. It burned, like it is a sharp pain. I've only had maybe two utis in my life but I don't remember them hurting that bad. I thought ok maybe I'm just having a bad reaction to it, but my partner experienced the same thing. Which leads me to believe its not coincidence, it's the product. I'm upset that I bought two packs of ten that I'm not going to be using now. Maybe this works for some and it doesn't hurt but be cautious.
