Attwood EPA and CARB Certified 6-Gallon Portable Marine Boat Fuel Tank

Love the Attwood products ... recently bought this tank 8806 ... stupidly bought as I didn't realize it came without a fuel gauge ... trying now to find gas cap with fuel gauge to fit. Can't find a retrofit gas cap with gauge. My fault !!

Works well but I wish it had a vent. Expands and contracts and puts gas outside the tank after a while.

Solid product, sturdy and well made. Make sure you buy your appropriate fuel connection to go with the tank. I opted for 2-6 gal tanks instead of one large tank, so much more convenient to change out tanks, lift, fill, etc.

Do NOT waste your time or money on the 6 gal without gauge. Its trash. As soon as it arrived i put it in my boat, put 5 gal in it and went fishing. Arrived at the ramp and noticed my floor paint was rippling. Cranked up and got out to the sound and my engine shut off. Come to find out all my gas had leaked out on the way to the ramp.For a refund “I” get to find a box and waste my time to take it to UPS and drop it off.So now im out $20 for tank gas and another $30 for the trip to ramp. However much a box is and my time doin all this stuff.I shouldve listened to these reviews but i didnt. This product used to be good but now it is trash. This company has sold out to the cheapest plastic china has to offer. It is super thin not thick like they were years ago. Buyer beware.
