This product is absolutely terrible. Nothing I do can seem to get it to stop leaking, ever the replacement that the seller sent sucked so bad I cant even try to use it. If I have the time to spend to re seal the lid 40 or 50 times eventually it will get the perfect placement that stops drips but the flimsy metal lid bends and flexes so much when you turn the spout thay the seal breaks and it starts leaking again. And it's not a slow leak, when that happens it will empty itself in less than an hour, in your fridge, while you aren't noticing.Do not buy this! It is absolutely terrible and won't preform its only function.

It is a very cute dispenser. I had bought it to hold water in my fridge but the water coming out of the tap is very slow and takes a while to fill up a glass. It also leaks a lot. After a day of sitting in the fridge I had a puddle of water at the bottom. Cute if you’re only using it for a couple hours and don’t mind if it drips but I don’t recommend for daily use.

I love the fit of this product in my fridge. I wanted something to hold lemonade or flavored water in. The seal in the lid doesn't hold well though and leaked in my fridge often. The pourer itself felt pretty cheap and didn't function great. I haven't continued using it and swapped to a new product.

Metal plate which holds the tap has a hole drilled into it that’s not flush with the rubber seal so whenever it’s laid on the side to actually use the tap, it leaks from the hole and fluids get EVERYWHERE! It’s such a mess! I’m currently using it for fluid storage only, as anything else creates a HUGE mess!

The product and design is exactly what we hoped. Though we have noted past customer concerns, we have no issues with leaking. The sealing gasket could be a bit higher quality than it is but it's preventing any leaking and can be replaced when the time comes.

I have been using this pitcher for sun tea. I've had absolutely no issues with leaks. Pours slowly, but that is to be expected from a horizontal pitcher with little head pressure. Easy to clean due to the wide mouth.

I like the look of it, but that’s the only good thing I have to say about it. Leaks terrible, next to impossible to get to stop leaking. Dispenser very cheap, feels like it will break right off when trying to use it. Would never recommend.
