Very tasty bit expensive for 7 oz. But very good. Makes a good snack or part of a antipasto with cheese olives, peppers and fruit with afresh italian or sourdough bread.

Muy sabroso
Es un chorizo que se puede utilizar para toda comida en caldos. como lentejas caldos de pollo etc. Les da muy sabo se los recomiendo en todo es sabroso

Beautiful presentation
Unfortunately the chorizo was very old that was bass and flavor specifically the color was not that should be;The radiant paprika collor, for the same reason the flavor was gone and being so old become better. I believe that if it will be a fresh chorizo the flavor will be fine, I was ready to return it but I feel embarrass after I tested to wrap it and send it back. I will give it a try it again eventually.
