My vet said to fill the entire ear canal, rub the ears, then move out of the way. Good luck!

Q: How often do you apply?

I applied daily for about a week, until my pup's ears were completely clean, and he stopped scratching. Now I clean with the solution once a week.

Q: Can this be used regularly (once a month) as part of a grooming routine or should it only be used if your dog has a mild ear infection?

I use it once a week to help keep my doodles ear clean with no problems.

Q: Is this the same as tresaderm

No. Tresaderm is an Rx and this product is not. It is an ear cleaner.
