I ordered these to try to help with my appetite. I’ve been trying to lose weight for a while now, cardio, walking & watching what I eat. To be honest the eating part is the hardest part for me. So I thought I would give them a try. The directions indicate to take 1 before breakfast and dinner. I never remember to take the one before dinner only breakfast. Of course it doesn’t tell you how long before the meal to take them but I don’t have breakfast as soon as I get up so I take it before I come downstairs, then log on for work and make a smoothie. So it’s about 15-20 minutes I guess. I do feel for the last few days that I don’t have the urge to want to snack between meals and I have been taking them for about 3 weeks now. Again only 1 per day. I don’t really see a change in weight so not sure if that’s because I’m only taking 1 instead of 2 per day or they don’t actually work, thus the reason for the 4 stars. The pills themselves aren’t too big & as long as you take them with a good size gulp of water they go down pretty smooth. They don’t have any taste to them other than the typical taste with “plastic” casing has.

Was exitced to give these a try, but they didn't pan out. The bottle comes half full and for the price you should get way more then 60 pills. They were not effective at all, even though I took them as stated. There is no taste to the pills, but the capsules can get stuck too roof of mouth when trying to swallow them. After 2weeks of use, I did notice stomach pain when taking them. Appetite suppressant wasn non-existent, had more cravings for snacks. This was not worth the money and I would not but it again.

They are okay.

I'm not seeing weight loss yet, after about a week and a half, but I'm also not following any sort of good diet. I don't think therefore it is the fault of this medication and I will continue trying it as more fresh fruits and vegetables are available from the local farms. Hopefully it will work better then.

I find that these “Flat Tummy Weight Loss Accelerator Capsules” do make me feel fuller. They don’t really suppress my appetite so I don’t want to eat. I just feel fuller. The bottle contains 60 capsules and directions are to take one before breakfast and dinner. It does not say how long before. I think these would really help if you are already counting calories and exercising, but just need a little boost to keep you on track. I will admit that I am being too inconsistent in my daily calorie intake. I also keep forgetting to take the dinner pill. For me they are okay (3 stars), but I am giving them 4 stars because I think these may have some benefit for someone who is really committed to losing weight and already has a well-established exercise & diet routine. If you don’t, these probably won’t work for you since they are not miracle pills.

Been taking for a few weeks now and honestly I feel like I get hungry quicker with these. Doesn't suppress appetite at all. Was exited for these because unfortunately I'm a bored snacker so was hoping this would help.

This appetite suppressant was effective, easy to take , not sure I experienced an increase in energy level, it worked for me. Easy to swallow capsules.

I got these for my daughter. From what I can tell, the bottle is sealed. The product appears to contain quality ingredients. The price point is reasonable. The capsules are medium and look easy to swallow. So far no adverse reactions or stomach upset. She seems to like them.
