This is the second saffron extract that I've tried; the first where I believe that it's possible it actually contains saffron. Last saffron extract I'd tried was in capsule form and there was hardly any yellow color at all. Yes, I realize that the extract isn't just from the stamens, but there ought to be some yellow color. This one does have some color to it, though it isn't super intense. To my palate, it has a distinctly honey-like taste to it. Since honey isn't listed as an ingredient and saffron can have honey flavor notes, I take that as another sign this may be the real deal. I'm also encouraged that they actually list the safranal concentration on the label. Yes, I do realize that could be meaningless, but I'm cautiously optimistic.I've been taking it for about a week now. Can't claim that I've noticed any particular benefit yet, but I do have a general sense that I'm not stressing about some things that I'd normally stress about. So, as I said, I'm cautiously optimistic. I do take a few other supplements to manage stress, so I can't be certain that it's the saffron extract that's helping. But, I'll keep taking it for at least another week and then see if I notice a difference when I stop using it.So, all signs currently point to this being legitimate saffron extract. It hasn't been life-changing or anything, but it may be helping, so I'm happy to recommend it.

I take so many supplements, effectiveness is hard to notice unless it’s significant. I do appreciate how simple the ingredients are with this saffron tincture, although I wonder how organic this is without certification of any kind.Good price if it’s truly organic and does what it’s supposed to. I’m definitely floating through some dips well with this a part of my regimen.

These are delightful, and i don't give 5 stars easily or lightly. As a certified herbalist quality ingredients and products are important to me, and this has them. Tastes great, easy to dose and swallow, very effective, personally helped with my pain levels and tolerance and was great to take before bed to aid with my sleep quality. worth a try!
