Should be included within the original purchase.
Highly recommend this as without it you can not move the griddle due to the heat across the handles

Makes Griddle Handles More Comfortable
I picked this product because it was a custom fit for our griddle pan. I really like how the grips feel, and they definitley make moving the griddle around more comfortable (on the stove or off). I don't use them when I have the griddle on the outdoor grill, but I do use them on the stove. I suppose there are more multi-use options available (like silicone or neoprene grips), but I like the custom fit and feel of these.

They are both the same
I find the leather handles to be very beneficial on the Made in griddle and other accessories. The quality is good. However, My only complaint is that the stitching and Made In stamp appear exactly the same on each piece of leather rather than having a left and right side. If you want the Made In stamp to show then the stitching will end up being on the same side for both the left and right handle. If you have the stitching on the outside edge for both handles then one of the Made In stamps will not be displayed. It is not a huge deal, but just an annoyance when you fixate on it. Lol

Nice
Have not tried it. But hopefully, thick enough not to burn our hands. With the carbon steel griddle

Expensive, but the quality is there. Perfect fit for the griddle.
First off, I would say these are a bit pricy for what they are. I have a pair of off-brand leather handle covers that work just as well as these on the Made in Griddle, but they cost half the price. I will say though... the quality is unquestionable with Made In products. The leather in these feels way more quality than the other pair I have. Super smooth finish and the colour of the leather feels almost rich. The fit is absolutely perfect. It's clearly made to work perfectly in tandem with the griddle. Price is definitely the only thing that gives me a bit of pause, but to be honest... the griddle itself is pricy, and I feel like most people who have bought it are typically looking to pay a premium for quality. If that's you, then these will be perfect for you. If you're looking for the same functionality on a budget, you can find alternatives at a better value if you look around.

Great Product
Fits perfectly and provides a safe, comfortable grip when the griddle is hot. The leather is thick and high-quality, adding a nice professional touch.

A custom-fit companion for the Made In griddle
I picked up these custom leather handle covers for my beautiful Made In Carbon Steel Griddle and Grill Press, and they’re exactly what I was hoping for—well-made, great fit, and they add a bit of personality to otherwise plain metal handles. The leather is thick, nicely tanned, and the hand-stitching is neat and consistent. They slide on snugly, so there’s no slipping while I’m moving the griddle around before cooking. I also use these on some of my smaller pots and pans. They're not quite big enough to use on my larger cookware, but for small stuff it's a perfect fit. Important note: these aren’t meant to be heat-proof. You need to take them off before putting your griddle on the heat, but for prep work or serving, they’re perfect. I just wipe them down with a damp cloth and they look good as new. Bonus points for being stamped, coated, and assembled in the USA. If you want something that makes your setup look sharp and feel more comfortable in hand, these are truly great—just remember they’re for cool handling, not hot surfaces.

Ok. I will note they do have a line that says not to use when cooking. I used these once and the shriveled up and burned to a crisp. They are too tight to put on when the pan is hot so I put them on before cooking on our gas stove. The flame didn’t come in contact with the handles but I find them useless if you can’t put them on when it’s hot. Love my pan but these are a waste of $30

I have another made in leather handle for the burger press and these did not look like, smell like or feel like the leather on that one. I was disappointed and sent them back. However they do do what they are supposed to do but just felt very expensive for something different to my original
