Feeds 2 people split in half
This is so fulfilling. We cooked it then made it like a stuffed bell pepper with ground turkey

Spaghetti SQUASH!
It was indeed a spaghetti squash. In other words, it was fine and what it should have been. Due to personal circumstances, I had to order a bunch of groceries online at one point. This naturally can cost more than buying locally. But if you need to buy online? It's a good option.

Spaghetti squash is the best.
It's so versatile. And works with any sauce. And so easy. And so many fewer carbs than grain-based pastas. It's like nature's little miracle. Just think of the first person to open one of them up. Huh…? Mind blown.

The Wannabe Pasta That Knows Its Place
Organic Spaghetti Squash. This is the squash that’s always invited to the party but never quite fits in. It looks like it should be doing squash things but surprises you by pretending to be pasta. Spoiler alert: it’s not pasta, and it knows it. You shouldn’t pretend otherwise.Roast it, scrape it, and watch the strands fall out like some culinary magic trick that’s more amusing than transformative. Sure, it’ll hold sauce, and yes, it will vaguely remind you of noodles—if noodles were made out of 80% water and a dream. The taste is mild, maybe even decent, but don’t go telling yourself, “I don’t even miss real pasta.” You do. You definitely do.Most common questions answered: No, it won’t replace your beloved spaghetti. Yes, it will make you feel virtuous for trying. And yes, you’ll probably eat it anyway because, hey, it’s weirdly fun to fork around with.

I bought two huge ones...spectacular!
I don't where these came from but that organic farmer raised the best tasting spaghetti squash I have ever purchased.I filled them with lots of Rao's Marinaria and grated pecorino romano, microwaved for 10 minutes undera splatter guard. The best flavors and textures I've eaten in years

Great substitute for regular spaghetti
The squash arrived in a plastic bag & was fresh.Spaghetti squash needs to be cut open, remove the seeds & stringy stuff, then steamed, after which you remove all the soft squash with a fork, almost to the shell. You can then use it as a substitute for pasta with spaghetti sauce, or a garlic butter sauce, or just eat it plain. It's delicious & healthy whatever way you choose! My squash arrived perfect, with no discoloration or weird shape!
