Q: Fabric: 95% modal cotton + 5% spandex. is this the actual material????

I returned all the colors I ordered..,,they were not the cotton feel what so ever,,,they were more like a polyester, wrinkle type, semi shiny material, that was not what i was expecting.

Q: are they a cotton blend?

Rayon is derived from cellulose, and though technically man-made, is organic and was the first "synthetic" fiber. It should exhibit characteristics as any natural fiber does, in strength and comfort.

Q: Would you say these are comfy like PJ's but could be worn out of the house?

Yes these are very comfy. Definitely were relaxing like pajamas and look good enough to wear is an outfit outside of your home.

Q: Are they see through at all with bending motion?

I don't think so, but I didn't buy a light color. Mine certainly aren't.
