These tast so good, I replace the for breakfast. But you can replace them for any meal,tast like a vanilla shake. Great for diabetics.

Hunger Smart.
I have used both the chocolate and the vanilla. I prefer the chocolate but the vanilla is good. These help with hunger pangs and with my sweet tooth.

using a long time it's fantastic as a smoothie!!
as always this glycerna is fantastic!I mixed it with spinach, it's great, you dont taste the raw spinach in the smoothie but you are getting the rich vitamins and iron. I drink one day ( replacing one meal)Usually breakfast or lunch very rare dinner . I highly recommend this product if you if you are watching calories or carbs.

I have hypoglycemia. Great for when I don't have time to eat at that moment, but need to keep my blood sugar stable. My sister adds ice cream to it; somethimes, I mix it with fresh fruit and ice cream to make a great milkshake.
