Q: What are the diamentions of the strips?

If you want to know if it hangs over, it doesn't. The top, a slice in the front allows for a better fit. The lower, depending on the depth of your denture, you may want to trim it a bit. They're fantastic! If I'm going out to eat, I use a bit of poligrip on the bottom. The bottom tends to come loose with hot or cold drinks. Other than that, they stay put and no messy goop to clean up. If you want specific dimensions please let me know. I hope this helped you. Take care

Q: Does it have kind of protection so I can put it in wallet?

I’d put they in a small snack bag to protect them but it is okay in a wallet for a short period of time. The strips have a removable tape-like covering that you peel off before use.
