Came packaged well. Needed a key box for delivery drivers. You can mount it with shackle or directly to the wall, without the use of shackle. I only use a code and not a finger print so cannot speak to that feature. Installation was easy and straight forward. App is, in my opinion, a necessity. It makes so easy to setup a code or add fingerprints. One thing that you need to be aware, if you going to rely on the keypad, is that it is invisible until activated. Tapping the screen doesn't active it, you need to press your finger on it for a little bit until it illuminates and then put the code in. So far month of use, in a rainy PNW, and it works great. Will report if it doesn't last.

Love this key bock lock. So many ways to open it and can open it for guess remotely to be able to access the building when I not there to give them keys to the place.

Steaming pile of crap. Had this lock for 8 months and I am locked out. The app won't accept my credentials (I use a password mgr). I can't reset my password because it seems my account has been closed after I set up the lock. I can't open with a finger print. I can't open with the PIN. The RFID card works. I can't set the lock up to a new account but what's the point if the account gets closed quickly and I am locked out. I can't even get a help email from the app unless I can successfully log in. In short this is a lobster trap for your wallet. Great concept and I really wanted this to work but it's a steaming pile. Amazon's "support" is a joke

The lock is great- holds a few keys and the app is easy to use. A few times the lock pad just didn’t work. We were able to use the key to open it and haven’t had issues since, but are worried that will happen more often as the lock ages.
