Hi Steven! I am so sorry one of the elves at Amazon put up the measurements for a floor puzzle, not the wooden jigsaw puzzle. This puzzle measures 15.7 x 11.7. I have contacted Amazon to make this correction. Many apologies for the confusion. I hope you enjoyed the puzzle!

It does not come with a rack but it does fit in the one we have for our other puzzles.
