I love this brand they don't have any junk in their pills and it has the good b vitamin which is Methylcobalamin. Why is it a good kind because it's not made enough factory where the other kind is.Plus this has good milligrams servings where you don't have to take 100 pills to get the dose.The size is decent and they don't stink like most b vitamins.

Quality supplement without a lot of ingredients!

MTHFR variant positive and nothing has made the noticeable difference (including Deplin) as much as this has.I was surprised by the changes. Hard to describe how easily bothered I used to be, quick to react and defensive. Now I feel like my overall temperament has been dialed into balance and I get to choose my responses and use the wisdom of my years to better serve me and the people I care about.I was paying way too much for Deplin and then their price surged. This was almost 6 years ago and I've been searching for this since then. I am very happy with this and I hope to always have access to this. Affordable and the most effective I've used. I like getting B vitamins all in one pill. I do feel like it is giving me more energy. I'll try their muli-vitamin next.

The price is very good. I could really tell the difference when I began taking the B complex. Vitamin content is excellent. The capsules are just the right size for swallowing. Absorption is quick.
