It is nice to be able to see easily how much gas is in my Craftsman lawn tractor tank again! Clear and easy to read! It was the same length as the original but the spiral twist has a bit different pitch which makes the scale just a bit different (lower level) from the original. If it really bothered me, it is made so that you could probably carefully add a bit more twist to the shaft, but I really don’t think that is necessary. I am a believer in OEM parts but since I could not find the original, this certainly did the trick! It fits a 7” deep, 10 litre tank on a 1998, 46” cut, 20hp model that was built by Husqvarna.
