As soon as I ordered I got a call making sure I had gotten the right product from Norman, I appreciate the customer service that was given, something that is not seen anymore like that. Camera works perfectly can’t wait to start using it! Thank yo so much! Was even nice enough to include a battery and cassette for free!

The reason I bought this camcorder is because my family and I have a bunch of old home videos that we love to watch together (especially around this time of year), but recently we realized that the Samsung camcorder that's been in our family for 20+ years has been malfunctioning. Instead of trying to fix it, we found it best to seek another one and we are so happy we chose this Sony one by Dynamite Deals. This camcorder came in excellent condition and was very carefully packaged. You can really tell that the seller cares about their customers' experience as 1) they have made many efforts to remind us that we have a 90 day warranty and that we are always free to contact them if we run into troubles and 2) they even took the time to add stickers showing where the eject button and AV port are.This is actually my first time buying anything from a third party seller on Amazon because I've always been too scared to. However, buying this camcorder from Dynamite Deals could not have gone any better! also it was shipped in way faster than I expected (I think the latest I could have received it was be the 21st but it came in on the earliest day which is the 16th)! I appreciate how honest this seller is in their descriptions of all of their camcorders because I truly think that based on these descriptions, I chose the perfect one for my family and at the best price for us.The next step for us is digitalizing our videos because I know these things wear over time and I don't want to risk losing the ability to see our sentimental videos a second time (especially as someone who knows nothing about camcorders or how to maintain them). Again, if you're thinking about buying a camcorder, buy it from them! Dynamite Deals will take care of you!

I recieved the camera very fast and it has performed very well. I would definitely buy from the seller again. Some functions of the camera are not available without the remote control, but I didn't see in the information on your website that it had one.. The camera works as what was claimed. THANK YOU

Excellent product. Excellent seller. I was wary about going to a third party for this item but purchased a Sony Hi8 camera to play old videos. Couldn’t be happier with it. Thought I’d be waiting for awhile but it was received within three days of purchase and with the way the supply chain and deliveries are right now that is a phenomenal feat. 5 star experience all around.

I have a lot of Hi8 tapes (all family memories) that I needed to transfer to DVD or other kind of storage because of technology changes. I bought all the software and hardware needed for the job. This camera was going to be used to read the tapes and allow transfer of image and sound to editing equipment. It turns out the camcorder could show pictures but the sound system was dead. I tested the same tapes, replacing this camera with cameras I borrowed and determined it was faulty. Unfortunately, I was distructed by many important things (I wanted to save those memories because my wife had just passed away!) and did not return the item on time. I felt betrayed because the project was important to me and this item was advertized as "Like New, in original packaging"! Since then, this camcorder is sitting in my storage room completely useless. This bad purchase has kept me away from Amazon.com for quite some time!Theo

Looks and works like new. Received with Customer info if problems, but everything was functional. I'm extremely pleased with purchase.

So glad we found this. Our old Hi8mm camera crapped out quite a few years ago. We've wanted to convert al our old memories that we caught on tape to a digital format but needed a camera. We found this one! Absolutely fantastic customer service. Once our tapes are converted to digital our family will be able to enjoy the memories for years to come.

This camcorder arrived in excellent condition with all accessories...just as described by seller. There was also a detailed Q&A and instructions document that would have answered my questions...luckily everything was perfect from the start. I used the camera to transfer dozens of 8mm tapes into mp4 movies. I now have my precious memories secured digitally. Huge value for my money! Excellent seller.

The camcorder is working fine, I can now play my Hi8 video tapes (they have a lot of good memory taken from the past). I was a bit upset as it did not come with an AC adapter and A/V cable which the ad says so. I talked to the vendor and they agreed to refund me a portion of the amount I paid so that I can purchase the missing accessories from other vendors. It is an acceptable solution.
