At first I made a mistake and didn’t read the directions correctly and only took 1 capsule so I thought it wasn’t working for me. But I felt its effects the 1st day I began taking 2 caps. This is an xlnt product, especially if you’re over 60.

Don’t skip meals
So far I’m pleased with it. But if I didnt eat right before or just after taking it I felt drained. Some form of protein is necessary to feel energized for me.
