I think I've used nearly everything. These work when others fail. The Blue pills like Viagra just put so much blood pressure in my face and make me light headed. These are easy in comparison. they actually feel natural. They have a long term effect. it doesn't say on the packet to preload but after you experience the effect for two days after, as and when you need it, I hope this product never stops being made because other natural products don't quite meet this ones level of performance.

All I can say is it didn’t work for me I even took two tablets on an empty stomach. And still no effect.
