I'm a sugar lover. I will take gummy candy over chocolate any day. But, I can't have all that sugar. These are the perfect replacement. They aren't sugar free, so they don't cause me to lock myself in the bathroom, and they have a ton of fiber, which can be hard to get. Every pack I've opened has been delicious (apple, cherry, raspberry are my favorites), fresh, and I don't feel guilty for eating them. They're slightly denser than the average gummy, but I don't mind the extra chew. They're expensive, so it's probably best that the recommended serving is 1 bag per day. Otherwise I might gobble these up!

These are delicious and it is hard to believe the low sugar and high fiber content. They are expensive but a very good product!

Yummy, low-sugar snack that’s extremely high in fiber! Such an easy way to add extra fiber to your diet for only 90 calories. The flavors are great and I highly recommend them. 🙌

I love these but they do have a strange aftertaste. I usually can get over it. Otherwise, tastes like my childhood memory of Coke bottle candy. Love the fiber and low cal.

These Shameless Snacks Candy Carnival treats were really good. They satisfy a sweet craving without being overly sugary, which is hard to find, especially for “healthier” snack options. The flavors were enjoyable and didn’t taste artificial, and they’re great for when you want something sweet but still feel good about it. My only complaint is that I wish they came in bulk—I’d definitely buy a larger size. Overall, a solid low-sugar snack that I’d happily purchase again.

If you have to put a warning on your box to eat just one packet and wait and see how you feel, maybe you can't really qualify these as a snack... I like candy and I need more fiber so I've been working my way through different high-fiber low-sugar candy brands. This one has around double the fiber compared to similar gummies, which is honestly just overkill. Maybe they're good if you're getting virtually no fiber otherwise. Some of the flavors are better than others. The sour ones are probably the best, because they mask the slightly medicinal flavor these have. They're not bad, but they definitely don't taste like "regular" candy.

Shameless Snacks are an EXCELLENT tool to help you stay on a keto or any other kind of diet! I say 'tool' because having options when you are reeeeally craving sweets is so important. Yes, of course you could do like countless tik tokers and make things from scratch but I am too busy and need ready made options. My favorites are the Sour Mango, Orange Blossom and Sour Peach.

Absolutely amazing!! Taste amazing but the only con is the price for such small portions. Super small snack sizes. These are like samples.
