i expected to learn more moves from it. the moves she taught were very good though. this is more useful if you want to become a professional go go dancer. she gave some pretty good tips about becoming a professional, such as what to wear , where to get them, how to audition etc

Dissapointment
The video was one step above a home movie. The girl must have done the video on the firt take. Her instructions were not step by step. Imagine you 17 year old cousin teaching you how to dance and you have a good idea of how this video plays out.

Not worth the price
It demonstrates barely any moves; about 20 moves total. I only liked it because it was the only one of its kind out there. It's difinetely for someone who wants a job as a gogo dancer because it talks about what to wear and where to audition. Not what I hoped it would be...

Oh my gosh this is a joke
This is the WORST instructional dvd ever created. This girl really just wanted people to sit and watch her dancing. It was retarded. So I'm returning it!

Fun, not excellent, but best i've found
I have some experience go-go dancing but I want to keep on learning and improving, so I bought this DVD. Krause is a good dancer, in my opinon, but I think it would be very helpful if she would explain more and just free dance less. The camera often seems to forget that this is meant to be an instructional video and seems to think it's more of a show-off-Krause's-hott-body video :)Overall, I think it was worth it and am happy I bought it. Would *not* suggest for real beginners starting off from square one: you will likely get frustrated because Krause goes through 8 or 9 very simple steps -- that part she does well, you will be able to follow, and you will appreciate it -- but then spends an inordinate amount of time showing, without slowing down, or explaining, so it is very hard to follow for someone with no experience/natural aptitude.For people with experience who just want to sharpen their moves, have a few new ideas, or use it at a critique to show you if you're somewhat on the right track, I would cautiously recommend it.

The video is a bit tedious and poorly made. The instructor's tips are pretty good, but she is not the most interesting teacher; she is a little boring. She is really pretty and her dancing is ok, but I wouldn't really recommend this video.
