We’ve had this Reinmoson for about a year, and the filters for it were amazing. We were consistently getting 003 TDS from our kitchen tap water. We recently replaced it with a CrispTaste and we’ve bought maybe 3 filters from this company so far.

This is my second one. The first one worked great until filter change then it kept leaking and didn’t have any luck with getting ahold of customer service. Thought maybe it was just bad luck with the first one. Bought another and again it worked great until filter change and now it won’t stop beeping. Unable to get ahold of customer service.

These filters don't last nearly as long as stated. I've only had mine for a year and 2 mos, and have already had to replace the PPC filter twice and will be having to replace the RO filter when it says that it needs replacement every two years.
