Q: Is this formula the same as what is in the olbas inhaler?. the us formula is not what is in the inhaler, but it looks like this one might be.

I am not sure what you are asking.....BUT......the product in the thing you put up your nose is the same stuff as the oil in the bottles. So you have the thing that looks like a vicks inhaler and you have the oil that you can put on a tissue to smell....both the same, one is liquid and the other solid
