Accurate Compass
Great product, compass works really well. Bit of advice for any magnet, keep away from electronics or you'll lessen the compass's ability to point you north.

COOL CONFUSING OCEAN BLUE COMPASS
Once upon a time in a land far, far away, children were taught how to use a compass AND how to read maps. This is an attractive compass that does not come with instructions. Perhaps I have directional dyslexia, but I could not tell if the red or white arrow referenced the direction I was in (as I turned clockwise like a slow robot doing the two-step).🙃 Like many tools of this caliber, it takes a talented left-brain person to discern. That said, it would make a nice gift and I am happy with the purchase. After all, I'm sharp enough to figure it out, or to ask someone who can.😉

Inaccurate
I tested it out and I found that the compass is inaccurate. Usually about 15 to 25 degrees off where north really is.Also it needs a COMPLETELY flat surface to be somewhat functionally.Cool markings for maps but they are kinda pointless if the compass itself is inaccurate.
