Q: So how do you get this thing out from under someone? i can easily turn mom with alzheimer's on it but if i try to remove, it messes up her position.

We didn't remove it after repositioning.

I think it said the weight limit in the description but I think it was about 250 pounds.

Yes. I have it on a hospital bed. It does not hang over the sides of the bed. You will have a few inches on both sidesvif it was centered... Perfect for scooting someone in the bed. Good quality. I would definitely recommend. Hope that's helps. Feel free to ask any more questions.
