I purchased this charger as a replacement for the original one, and it has been a great choice. From the first use, charging has been fast and stable, with no noise or overheating. The T-tip connector fits perfectly into the MacBook and feels secure. Its compact size makes it easy to carry and ideal for daily use or travel. After several days of use, it performs just like the original charger but at a much more affordable price.

I purchased this MacBook charger expecting the quality and safety standards similar to that one manufactured by Apple. Unfortunately, this product failed to meet those expectations in a concerning way. Within just six months of use, the charger began to overheat significantly during regular charging sessions. The heat was intense enough to cause discomfort when touched. Eventually, the insulation on the cable started to peel away, exposing the internal wires. One day, while plugging it in, I witnessed sparks emanating from the exposed area, accompanied by a burning smell. It was a frightening experience that posed a real fire hazard.​ This isn't an isolated incident; others have reported similar issues with this chargers, including overheating and exposed wires leading to sparks. ​ Given the potential danger, I cannot recommend this charger. For the price, I expected a product that was both durable and safe. Instead, I received a charger that not only failed prematurely but also put my safety at risk. Edit- I contacted Amazon customer service and they were unable to do anything stating that the return window passed. I contacted seller asking for warranty worksheet so that I can file a claim with my credit card company however they do not have that either. They offered to send a replacement however its been more than a week and they have not responded to anything. Another point to note- amazon fulfils these orders but will not help you at all.

Brought this charger as a back up for my Mac book and it works amazing . Super fast charge , most of all super fast delivery. I love it ! The cord length is just right from where i sit & it’s an overall hit for me. Better than i expected it to me.

Hi - It was fine until the day it stopped working. It lasted only 4 months. Now, the vendor has sent me new. Harper at no cost to me, it is working fine, for past 2 weeks. It gets really hot at times while charging. Pls be careful, they need to think on its design about hotness. Updated review on Feb 08 2025
