This item can be difficult to remove from its blister pack. *Ensure your hands are dry, and peel the outer pack slowly. *Alternatively (for arthritic fingers) carefully cut around the shape with scissors. To use be sure to *apply with moisture, and leave in for a while for good results. I followed these instructions, and results were great.

Definitely does what it says on the tin. I suffer from constipation particularly when I go abroad. Just make sure that you are close by to a toilet as it works almost immediately. For the best effect try and hold out for at least 15 mins.
