Q: On a scale from 1-10, how good is this flavor?

8/10, the flavor itself is great, but there is a trick when mixing the drink to eliminate powdery taste. When making your drink, scoop only a half scoop of the powder (only count the lower part of the scoop) and mix with sufficient amount of water. A blender bottle is preferred but normal water bottle also do the job. Then shake for about 2 min and your drink is good to go. Adding a few ice cubes also improve the taste.

Q: would this be a good pre workout supplement?

G Fuel started as a workout supplement formula, it has the protein, creatine, and a few other "workout" ingredients removed as it's intended to keep a sedentary person awake. So yes, as it's essentially a pre-workout supplement with some ingredients removed.On a side note, I usually drink some before doing landscaping work, and it keeps me pretty well energized for the advertised 2.5-3 hours, with no noticeable crashes.

Q: How much lead is in this ?

If Lead is an issue, every time you eat peanut butter you are eating cockroaches, there is bugs in almost everything we eat and artificial/ “natural” flavoring some comes from beavers anuses. Like everything in California must have a label that says causes cancer
