Q: Are there any calories?

Hi Amanda, amino acids do contain calories, but current dietary supplement regulations dictate that labels cannot show the calorie content of incomplete proteins. There are ongoing discussions in the supplement industry and the FDA on whether or not this regulation should be altered. We are currently transitioning all of our labels to include calories, although it is not required by the current regulations, to provide more clarity and transparency to the consumer.

Q: Can anyone tell me if this has sugar or calories in it? It is not listed but it tastes too sweet to be 0 calorie!

The only cals would come from the amino acids, like 5-10 cals only per serving
