Excellent refurb, battery is perfect, screen and charger like new!!!
Great purchase, I have gotten them before and had to send them back cause battery was toast, this one is PERFECT, battery percentage is as good as new - loving it!!! Great gift.

Great laptop for the price
This surface came with 256 gig of memory 8 gig of ram. Very fast and no issues. 4 stars for just being renewed.

Mouse freezes
Everything looked great and seemed like it was working well. Until anytime I start using the laptop for an extended period of time the mouse freezes and won’t move for minutes at a time and then begin to lag. Feel like it was a waste of money

Windows 10 is uncomfortable, so switched to Ubuntu, but got "No WWAN adapters found".
Purchased this just to use Long Term Evolution. Ubuntu's Mobile Network menu says "No WWAN Adapter Found", so can not use Long Term Evolution.

Definitely NOT upgradable to Windows 11
Nice unit, fast boot, agile processor. It is odd that Microsoft would not have a clear Windows 11 upgrade path for one of their flagship products. It can probably be forced to upgrade but Microsoft's "healthcheck" program advises against it.

Surface laptop
I purchased this Surface Laptop computer used and was a little worried about this. I had a Surface Laptop that had a cracked screen. I have been pleased so far with this replacement. It looks brand new and I haven't had any problems with its battery life or function.

Works Great!
No issues with this refurbished unit. Works great. Battery last long enough to enjoy it in true wireless form. Fast and plenty of storage. Extemely happy with it.
