We currently don't have any studies about Ketone-IQ triggering AFib, but ketones, in general, can help lower heart rate during endurance. We also recommend checking with a medical practitioner first before taking Ketone-IQ.

Q: What are the ingredients?

Our Ketone-IQ contains R-1,3-butanediol (R-1,3-BDO). The other ingredients are water, less than 2% of: Monk Fruit Extract, Natural Flavor, Rebaudioside M, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, and Potassium Benzoate.
