Got this on recommendation from my trainer to enhance my ab & butt exercises. It’s supposed to help you to isolate muscles differently. It’s nice and soft against your skin but thick so it feels like it’ll last, unless my dog gets hold of it. It was easy to inflate with the included straw and has held the air about two weeks now with no signs of leaking. It’s a good size to hold in one hand or even with an ankle as pictured.

Broke a week into having it. The part that holds the air from deflating came loose inside of the ball and now won’t inflate.

I’ve just started physical therapy for a rotator cuff injury and the PT has me using a 9 inch ball for a set of six specific exercises. I needed to get a ball to continue these exercises at home and this one filled the bill, pricewise and size. Very pleased with this purchase. I recommend it.

This is impossible to blow up. The sir leaks out faster than you can fill it. The size would be perfect if you could fill it with air and the thickness of the material is great. I ordered it in purple and it was pretty and vibrant but that doesn't fix the air retention issue. It has no fill valve.
